Ratiraj has a double degree in finance and accountancy from the ICAI and ICAEW (UK). Although a second generation chartered accountant, he always wanted to do something different from the established traditional accounting practice which he had inherited from his father. He is the man who conceptualized the idea for this venture and is extremely passionate for the same.
Ratiraj is leading his team from the front and leaves no stone unturned in order to ensure the success of this venture. Having spent 20 years in the industry he has deep understanding of the business and creates the right support plank which will help the venture move forward.
“Indispensable” is the word for CA Arun Poddar who brings youth and dynamism in the group. He believes in challenges and sets standards high for the team and for the group as a whole. No idea in Choice group takes shape without his involvement, again because of his wisdom and enterprising spirits.
Arun has been instrumental in putting together all the key aspects of this venture to achieve the desired objectives. He is a fellow member of the ICAI and has experience of more than 12 years.
Mr. Yogesh Jadhav has a Master’s degree from Kingston University (U.K.) in Computer and Information Systems Security. Yogesh is the catalyst who helped make this project a reality. He has 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Business Strategy and Strategic Planning. He has directed multiple projects in various sectors such as FinTech, Real-Estate, Government, FMCG among others.

Mr Rochan Pattnayak is a Stanford GSB and Indian School of Business Alumnus. He is a portfolio manager with over a decade long experience in alternative assets and public markets across the UK, US and Emerging Markets.
Rochan has been associated with Wolverine Trading, UK, M-Financial Services, Mumbai and Edelweiss Financial Services where he served various roles before joining Quant Capital. He is currently the VP at Quant Capital which provides wealth management solutions with focus on 100% algorithmic trading strategies.
Rochan has acquired his special skills and certifications from some of the most esteemed institutes of the world like - Kellogg School of Management (Strategic Corp Finance), China Europe International Business School (Venture Capital course), The Wharton School (M&A) after completing his MBA in Finance from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Mr Hetul Sanghvi joined Texas Instruments (TI) in 2002 and since then he has worked on various TI products spanning across Audio, Video, Automotive and Wireless businesses. He is currently part of Research and Development Lab in Dallas, Texas where his area of research is on applying various Artificial Intelligence technologies to improve products. He has filed over 25 patents spanning across various domains. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
